• Large prints up to 250 cm

Printing and framing are done in a photographic laboratory in France, using high-definition files, guaranteeing very large prints without loss of precision. The works are produced on Dibond aluminum or fine art paper, with widths from 100 cm to 250 cm.

  • Limited editions

The photographs are published in limited editions of 30 copies, each numbered. Each work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity attesting to its origin, its place within the edition, and its preservation over time, guaranteeing the value and integrity of the prints.

  • The prestige of the GFX medium format

The panoramas are captured with Fujifilm's GFX medium format, one of the most demanding and prestigious camera ranges in the world. This exceptional format offers a wealth of detail, softness of light, and precision far superior to that of conventional cameras.

The Île de Ré: a finite island with infinite horizons

Every moment on the Île de Ré is a breath of fresh air for the landscape. The light, the sea, the clouds, the tides, everything moves, everything glides.
My photographs seek to capture this fragile balance, where nature reveals itself as both still and alive, and where human presence is inscribed as an attentive trace in the movement of the world.

Behind the camera

Fueled by a passion for philosophy and science, I see photography as a vehicle for wonder and a tool for exploring reality. My approach is guided by a profound curiosity about the world and a desire to understand the invisible forces that permeate it. More than simply illustrating a place, I seek to reveal what the landscape tells us about our inner workings, this zone of friction where human action and natural dynamics interact and transform each other. By embracing the technical demands of medium format, I work with photographic material to move beyond mere observation and offer a sensitive interpretation of our environment. Through rigorous framing and meticulous attention to light, my images aspire to transpose the complexity of the world into a space for contemplation, where the rigor of observation gives way to the purity of emotion.

The artistic approach

My photographic practice explores the subtle tension between the human imprint and the forces of nature, revealing a precarious balance where the world transforms us as much as we shape it. I conceive my images along two distinct geometric axes: the panoramic, which unfolds a cinematic space-time inviting the gaze to explore the essential, and the square, which celebrates the fullness of emptiness by elevating the sky to the status of vibrant matter and sovereign subject. This quest relies on the technical demands of medium format, offering image quality pushed to its extreme. This wealth of detail constitutes the raw material that I shape in post-production like the facets of a diamond, not to reproduce its literal reflection, but to transpose reality into an artistic dimension bordering on the imaginary, in order to extract the purest emotion of the original moment. This research materializes in monumental prints, where the large format accentuates the power of this dialogue and offers total immersion, inviting the viewer to a physical and peaceful encounter with the work.
